1. Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or alterations once the order is delivered. Please make sure to communicate any specific requests during the order process via message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.
2. Do you send photos before shipping?
We are unable to send photos or mock-ups before production and shipment due to high order volume. However, you may purchase our Photo Proof Package for a preview before shipping. Occasionally, we share sneak peeks of customer items on our Facebook and TikTok:

3. Custom & Personalized Orders
No refunds, as every item is made to order.
Standard processing time: 3–10 business days.
Rush orders: Processed in 2 business days (requires purchase of the Rush Order Fee).
Prices are fixed at the time of order. Discounts after purchase are not retroactive.
If your order is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is their responsibility. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or theft.
For delays/lost packages → Contact the carrier directly.
For suspected mail theft → Request GPS scan data from the carrier and file a police report.
5. Sizing & Care Instructions
A detailed size chart is available in all listings. Buyers are responsible for selecting the correct size.Washing instructions: Wash inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design.
